I guess I would consider myself creative. I definitely think creatively: out of the box, colorfully, imagination always running wild. This is such a joy but it can also be a place where the heart is heavy.
Life can get so mundane sometimes the same routine the same errand’s being run, the same, the same, the same. So how can we bring creativity into our very existence into not only our mind space but our body and our spiritual space?
There is so many things we can do to add a creative flare to our everyday existsnce. We can dance, we can listen to music, we can sing, we can write, we can paint, we can play with other arts and crafts, we can use our mind to make up silly games to play, we can celebrate by adding streamers, we can add flowers, we can add confetti, we can add sparklers, we can add glitter and the list goes on.
All of these wonderful things can help us creatively explore different ways to add some vibrance, some spark, some difference to our every day existance.
Recently I had to make a flower crown for my Graduation Ceremony for Thera expressions, Rebuild program, and boy did I get a reminder of how fun being actively creative is. Not only putting the crown together, but the process of researching and buying the flowers etc, every step was filled with a productive creative energy, working toward a final creative outcome. What joy!
So I urge you to stop and play. Pick up a paintbrush or some color pencils and go for it.
There is so much magic locked inside us all just roaring to come out.
Be free with no judgements, no concerns, no insecurity.
Trust your vibe and fly in your rainbow of creative flow
