Gratitude and Love!

BREATHE INTO LOVE by Jemima

Every time I go to an Ayahuasca ceremony it is transformative, it is life-changing, it is magical.

Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot of hard work to be done during these ceremonies. To find the light we must first go deep into the Shadow and understand why, what, who, and how to release the pain, the anxiety and the trauma to then step into an even better self, and even worthier self, an even more inspired self.

The ceremony challenged my whole being. I was confused because I felt very sober most of the time. I asked the medicine with my intention set, to lean into self-acceptance, love, compassion, and adoration. When I found myself feeling sober I was starting to get frustrated. But then it hit me! The medicine was showing me that all these things come to me when I am 100% myself, 100% authentic when I am my true self, when i am sober! This was an incredible learning lesson. It will change me. After these lessons came, I was then allowed to celebrate and have fun with the medicine and the group.

During these few days I facilitated 3 #breathwork sessions and a stretch class, and it was profound. I had such a development as a healer, such an experience.

The breathers were so courageous and delved right into exploring what their journey was about. I honor each one of these breathers as they took the plunge into a new experience and used their medicine of breath as a healing tool. It was humbling as I was aware of my ego getting in the way wondering how their ceremony was going. Then it really hit home to me with the sharing that these warriors went through an incredible journey in their OWN way! That is what it’s all about right? Your own journey, my own journey, everyone’s personal journey and we all do it so differently, in our own way. This mindful reminder has been the biggest and bestest learning development I’ve had as a healer. It is not about me, it is not about my ego, it is about rising up and holding space for someone else’s journey as they courageously dive towards an even better version of themselves. What an honor this is.

I am so grateful and full of love. I honor this weekend deeply and bless you all for being so brave in so many ways…

Thank you plat medicine, thank you Breathwork, thank you warriors!!

Love and light!
