Wow!! How great does it feel to give back?? To be of service?? To help out and do it with no strings attached but for the love of whatever you are representing!!
IT FEELS BLOODY AWESOME!!
I am finally able to be along my healing path long enough to be able to step into a leadership role, that which is one of service. I am so excited and grateful for this all to be syncing in the flow of the divine.
This weekend i get to serve as helper but also as #Breathwork Facilitator LIVE, at a 3 day Ayahuasca Ceremony! What a gift to be able to hold space for people on their journey, but to have my fist LIVE #Breathwork session with people already sharing a deep common communion with the plant medicine. #Ayahuasca was the plant that helped me heal from my Suicide attempt and my addictions 3 years ago and i have sat in many ceremonies since. It is dear to my heart. Not an easy journey of discovery, quire brutal, but damn did it help me, and now i have evolved to a much different place, to be able to hold space for fellow travelers on their own deep journey of healing!
The following weekend i get to bring #Breathwork to my home town of Bisbee, AZ. I am so nervous and excited as this is the first live class with strangers i have done sober in about 20 years…what the!!?? But i am am ready, so ready, as i know people need this amazing healing tool and i am ready to offer this free ceremony to excite and ignite people to want to continue their journey into #Breathwork with me… WOW! WOW! WOW!!!
I continue to be able to offer #Breathwork Ceremonies online as #Theraexpressions ambassador and this is serving so many beautiful souls, i am so honored and grateful to be able to create this community where healing ones self truly matters to make this world a better place!!
So wow!! It has taken a while to get here, but i am here!! Be patient with yourselves folks on your own journey. It will happen when it is meant to happen so long as you give up control and surrender to divine timing. This is the huge lesson i am learning, to surrender, not give up, keep going along and committing wholeheartedly to my own healing, in the hopes to bring healing to others… and it is happening at exactly the right time.
Trust in yourself and don’t doubt why you are doing what you love to do…keeeeeeep going!!
What if we took all that energy we use when we worry about things we can’t control and used it to put it into something we can create???… i can see magic happening, and in my case, IT IS!
AH!! I am singing a little song and dancing like Snoopy… such joy come with giving and serving others with love and trust in your heart…
